On the fence about sharing Harvey McBee's Research Report

 I think I'll link what I have written publicly; then add an appendix which I will only share with relatives who are warned about the painful court transcript.

So I guess I'm straddling the fence, splinters and all.


Interesting that I wrote the above a year ago; about ready to dive into his report again now, 6 July 2026. Mostly so I can dig into his mother Nancy Jane Booth's line.

52 Ancestor Reports in 2025

2025 Project This year, rather than a "re-do," my plan is to follow Elizabeth Shown Mills and Yvette Hoitink's advice to create research reports for each person investigated, while also inspired by Amy Johnson Crow's 52 Ancestors challenge  in my own remix: Starting with my parents, in  ahnentafal order write about my direct ancestors , beginning with my daddy, Ted Cowan.
